About the Project

Unit square is a desktop application that allows you to seamlessly manage inventory, production and purchases in your plastic manufacturing business.

The primary objectives of the business were to accomplish:

  1. Improve efficiency and performance
  2. Increase production output and hence sales
  3. Track and eliminate problems

My Role : User research is my strength. During the course of the project I visited the factory about 3/4 times and took 5 interviews. At every step I majorly learned to ask more of “WHY” and “HOW” questions to users to primarily understand how they were “feeling” and why they were “doing” a certain action.
